DDSB had on February 22, 1999 entered into a Development Sale & Purchase Agreement with Nusajaya Development Sdn Bhd (the land owner) to develop 650 acres of land located in Bandar Nusajaya, Gelang Patah, Johor.
In addition to the low cost housing of Parcel A, the project entails the development of medium to high residential housing since mid 2011 to serve the new township of Parcel B. The whole development is expected to be completed by year 2016.
