LEGOLAND® Malaysia is the sixth LEGOLAND to be built in the world and the very first in Asia. Targeted at families with children between the ages of two to twelve years old, LEGOLAND Parks are based on the universally popular LEGO® construction toy product. They offer families the opportunity to bond, learn and push the boundaries of their imaginations through LEGO experiences. At LEGOLAND, families can practice their imagination and creativity, have fun while learning, and understand the importance of caring and quality. Families will be immersed in a unique mix of kid-powered rides, building challenges, spectacular LEGO models, interactive attractions, family-friendly coasters and shows that pull the audience into the action. LEGOLAND Malaysia will feature more than 40 interactive rides, shows and attractions when it opens. Other LEGOLAND theme parks across the world are located in Denmark, United Kingdom, Germany and California and Florida in the United States. There are LEGOLAND Hotels in Denmark and the United Kingdom; with a hotel scheduled to open in California in 2013.

Ra Ta Land’s yet to be named twin towers will be the first commercial high rise project in Medini, with a magnificent view of LEGOLAND and Mall of Medini. The two 25-storey towers with 750,000 square feet GFA is expected to be complete in 2015.
Tang Group intends to build a mixed development that will include residential and serviced apartment towers, a hotel and shophouses. The development, iMedini Walk, is expected to have a gross development value of about RM750 million, the company said.Flanking the spine road that leads to Legoland Malaysia and the lifestyle Mall of Medini, the project will boast a stretch of more than 150 three-storey strata shophouses that average 3,300 sq ft.
This retail belt will be flanked by towers housing the hotel and serviced apartments, and residential apartments respectively.
The 250 hotel and serviced apartments will be located in the towers north of the site and overlook Legoland, while the residential apartments will be located in the towers to the south of the site, with views towards Puteri Harbour.

Medini Wellness Integrated Capital (Resort Wellness Project)A 207-acre development anchored on the concept of Wellness with an adjacent 12.6-acre park reserve and the Wellness Centre as the heart, the Medini Integrated Wellness Capital (MIWC) is a mixed development comprising terrace and semi-detached houses, bungalows, serviced apartments and condominiums as well as retail and commercial properties.
The development, with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM3 billion (US$980 million), includes the 12.5-acre Medini Sanctuary and Medini Estate, which will offer one block of serviced apartments, 1,415 condominiumunits, 445 terrace houses, 96 bungalows and 68 semi-detached homes and 18-acres allotted for commercial purposes.
One of Malaysia’s largest property construction conglomerates, Sunway Group, is the biggest developer in Medini, with almost 700 acres. Sunway’s plans are for “an iconic development which will capture the local, regional and international market segments”. Zone F has an estimated GDV of RM12 billion (US$3.8 billion).
